6月、日本語版の吹き替えトレーラーが発表されたUnchartedシリーズのスピンオフ「Uncharted: The Lost Legacy」（アンチャーテッド 古代神の秘宝）について、Naughty Dogの公式ツイッターアカウントで本作のゴールド報告されました。すぐそこに迫る8月22日の海外での発売に向けて製品版が遂に納品されたことが判明しました。
